This is a collection of 3 Senkin sake. Senkin is a popular sake from Tochigi Prefecture in Japan. Using a method called Jikakumi, this sake was packed into the bottle without being exposed to air at different stages. Each stage has a different taste profile. Enjoy the difference !
Senkin Hatsufune Aragoshi 720ml - Aragoshi is the first part of the process. It is more aromatic and clean.
Senkin Hatsufune Nakadori 720ml - Nakadori is the middle part of the process. It is balanced aroma and taste.
Senkin Hatsufune Seme 720ml - Seme is the last part of the process and it has slightly strong and rough taste.
